DescriptionAs described, the top-of-the-screen exogalactic wave notification reads 0% until the wave hits. I also got an error popup when I mouseover'd the notification in question. I've attached the save, the debug log, and the unity debug log, even though I'm not 100% sure the latter has the mouseover error in it.
