DescriptionIn single player, the way ark empires work is that the first enemy command station they destroy incurs no AIP, allowing them to have one system in safety.

In a recent multiplayer game we played, two ark empire players (both clients) incurred normal AI progress penalties for their first command station destroyed. I am unsure if this is intended behaviour but it was certainly inconsistent and unexpected. I think it would be preferable if it worked the same way as single player.

Just noticed this actually is technically consistent, because the no AIP increase has to happen before AIP has reached 20. The problem i that this not possible in a multiplayer game as it stands, as they start at a higher AIP. Is there any way around this?
