Summary0002696: New Experimental (star-) ship: the attractor
DescriptionThis new ship or starship would have a low powered, sniper-range attack that works like a translocator, but the target is translocated to somewhere near the attractor.
Cannot attack immobile ships.
This would be useful defensively to fetch AI units roaming a planet into the range of your fleet or turret ball.
Ideally, it also should not be able to attack starships and bigger ones and prefer ships not already tractored or with a dead engine.

Ooh. An inverse of what the Military Command Station does. I like the idea of pulling units towards the turret ball.
