Description | I created a new King Unit for the Templar -- The "Sovereign" This unit spawns in the center of the AI HW gravity well. It has up to 4 Orbital Castles that spawn out the perimeter of the map, assuming the default 52 compact diameter I tested this on the lowest diameter setting and the orbitals were spawning out of bounds. Ideally, ships with orbitals have some check to reduce their orbital so that it must spawn in bounds. This scenario can be recreated by starting a game as the Necromancer with the AI HW planet well set to minimum. Then reveal all to find the HW | ||||

You will want to adjust one of the values on the Sovereign here: build_points_per_second="10" build_point_cost_for_per_second_construction="27000" Otherwise, these take 45 minutes to spawn |

I can't really solve your direct problem, so I did this instead: * Added new force_gravity_well_size_of_planet_to_be_at_least and force_gravity_well_size_of_planet_to_be_at_most features, which allow a unit to force the gravity well to be within a certain size range. If it is shrinking the gravity well, then it scoots all the wormholes and ships inward at the percentage they were from the older larger size. ** This is now used by the Templar Sovereign to make sure that the planet it is on always is in a certain size range so that its orbitals are neither way out of the grav well, nor way into the grav well in a way that defeats their purpose.
