Summary0026648: A Necromancer's Goal: Their Own Work of Art...The Golem
DescriptionAs the title says. It's a feature that quite frankly probably takes way too much time and energy to implement and won't be released anytime soon, and even if it does, will most likely be included as a mod. But it does sound pretty cool and works off how I think the Outguard system works. And gives the Necromancer a neat little oh no, button.

Basically it creates an Outguard for Necromancers called the Necromancer's Golem. This Outguard doesn't level up with science points or even essence. No, it levels up by killing 7 special Elderlings scattered throughout the galaxy, one of which is located on a random AI's bastion world. These are basically boss fights that you steal body parts from to level up and modify your Golem. They do follow the idea of the 7 sins.

Additionally, the various weapons they gain mark up as well and become better at Marks 4 and 7.

Envy- (Why should you be better than me!) A weapon that increases in might the stronger the enemy is.
Lust-(Be charmed by my magnificent body or be destroyed.) A zombification weapon not unlike that of the Botnet golems.
Greed-(YOUR LIFE FORCE IS MINE!) A life stealing weapon that increases the less life the Golem has.
Sloth-(It takes too much effort to fight.) Creates an aura of sloth that initially slows down enemies speed, weapons, and eventually will to live [attrition damage]
Wrath- (DIE) Just straight up lightning cannons that deletes shields and heavily armored foes.
Gluttony- (I'm hungry) Adds a devouring mechanic that also increases lifeforce that...This might be hard to implement, but an overheal function, or a way to heal allies using the health gained. Or maybe spawns drones that heal allies and the golem.
Pride- (You dare hit my Glorious Self? Suffer the consequences!)-Reflects damage 75%, 125%, 200%.

The golem is only active in 10 minute bursts though and increased usages are increased like Outguards.
