Haven't tried reloading from the autosave, but reloading the save itself doesn't fix this. The game has almost every faction turned on, maybe that had something to do with it?

* Fixed an issue with the Zenith Architrave where they were never loading their custom xml info from DeepInfo, which meant that they would have exceptions when trying to have a civil war, among some other issues.

* Various parts of the game that might be lagging behind a shutdown order and then throw an exception saying that threads are supposed to be done now just get a null back instead. This tidies up some ongoing error message sources that were harmless but annoying.
