Summary | 0026359: Bug? Map Type Configuration looses changes
Description | Not sure if this is a bug or a design issue, but one thing that keeps happening is the map type configuration looses it state and reverts back to their initial values when changing map types. With some of the map types (e.g. Crazy Branching) this becomes frustrating when you've spent some time fine tuning the desired layout only to have them removed Suggestion - Would it be possible to keep the selection persistent between map type selectionions rather than reverting back to the defaults?

Ah. Actually, now that you mention it, I forgot to mention this bug. That does happen, especially on Crazy Branching for some reason. |

The way this works is, there are underling "map setting 1, 2, and 3" and each map reuses those different ways. So when you switch map types, that blows away any changes you had. We'd need to switch to all map types having a unique setting for themselves in order to store data in that way. Not sure if we'll have time for that at any point, to be honest, but it's a potential thing that I'm marking for us to look at later. |
