Summary | 0025913: Modal yes/no prompt when loading a save with FEWER dlcs/mods than you have now.
Description | Currently when you try to load a game and you don't have enough mods or dlcs to play it, it says you cannot load it and asks if you want to reload the xml with those things installed (if you have them), or just says you can't load it if you are missing key things. This is all great. What I also want to have happen (convenient for many reasons, and relevant for future projects) is that when you have extra dlcs or mods turned on and you load a save, it should warn you that you're adding the following dlcs and/or mods to this campaign, and is that intended. If yes, then you just continue in and load and what happens now happens. If no, then it reloads the xml to have the smaller subset used by that specific campaign. This will also be relevant for some bug reports that are only extant when someone has xyz mod or dlc NOT on, for example
