| Description | I am unsure exactly what causes this so i cannot give a save, but units appear to be increasing in cap randomly. reloading a previous save fixes this. | ||||

Edit: it appears to have to do with units rapidly dying and rebuilding maybe? Not 100% sure, but noticed this only happens after ships die rapidly. |
