Summary0002568: Botnet Zombies show up when using the mobile military galaxy filter
DescriptionNot sure if this is a bug or a feature request. It's exceedingly minor, but since they're not really ships you can do anything with, they probably shouldn't be counted this way. I never noticed it before since they all tended to go off and die immediately, but their new behavior seems to be to fly back and forth through the same wormholes forever, throwing off my quick view of ship numbers on my planets. :P

I don't know how I feel about this. They are after all still your ships, they are still military, and they are mobile. Thus they do technically count. On the other hand, it does make tracking ship counts per planet trickier, as you pointed out.

Well in the past they wouldn't patrol, they would just charge across the AI planets and usually get blown up pretty quick. Some recent change has made them stop doing that, which is nice for the human team, but confusing. I'd say put the extra ships in parentheses but of course that's already used for transports. Maybe a plus sign? So 100 ships and 50 zombies would show up as 100+50?

Actually these would be best if changed to show as allied ships. Just like dyson gatlings are currently, for example (which I just noticed in my game, which is why I'm bumping this up to mention it). That way they don't show in the galaxy filter for my ships but I can still track them with the filter for allied ships. As is, they really are messing up my ship tracking. They seem to have the same logic as gatlings, roaming all over the galaxy on any connected friendly world, so why not treat them as the same sort of thing?

For 5.023:

* Zombie and minor faction ships no longer count as part of the "My" counts on the galaxy map. Those that used to count as part of that total now count as part of the "Allied" total.

Thanks :)
