Summary | 0025642: Necropolis should mark up with flagship hack? | ||||
Description | Currently hacking the mark level increase, marks up only the flagship and not the respective necropolis leaving it permanently at Mk.1. What are the plans about it? As Badger said there were some plans to make different Necropolis types, with no flagship attached, so I assume that's the reason why the mark level increase was left detached from the flagship hack. If you want to check the save, Flaghip 1 is Mark 2, but its Necropolis, situated in the homeworld, is still Mark 1. | ||||

My current plan is to have hacks for "Mark up this Flagship" and "Mark up any necropolis (here's a list to choose from)". This will support having bolstering necropolises. For the Empire Necromancer, this approach would also support having "Defense-Only necropolises" that don't have an associated fleet, just lots of sockets to build defensive structures. I'm assigning this to you for your opinion; assign it back to me if you think this is a good approach |

I think that's a good idea. My only doubt is that you probably will have to spend too many hacks to just mark up a few cities or fleets. Also the fleet does the hack then you need to make an UI to decide which necropolis gets upgraded? |
