Summary	0025547: Starting Fleet Selection Expanded Tooltips
Description	I've recently spoken to a newer player of the game, and they raised a very good point: "Why can't we see the stats and techs of the ships you start with when choosing a starting fleet, but we can when finding extra fleets in-game?" I do think that this would be a very useful tool for the player (specifically new players), while also not overbearing them with information. Just a simple "hold c and left click for more info on ships" within the already existing tooltip would be plenty. Doing so would simply give the player the info that they would normally get when using this hotkey while looking at a new fleet in-game. All in all: this would be a very welcome feature that helps players choose their starting fleets with more confidence, without simply relying on a short description to get an idea of what the ships actually do.
