Summary | 0025517: (Really) slow background threads -- "special_entity_type="Destroyer" causes slowdown | ||||
Description | My games on the SVN build would immediately have background thread issues (1% performance) I have isolated the problem to the special_entity_type having problems with "Destroyer" The odd thing is that this was not giving me any sort of error on startup, so I assumed I had some out-of-date bundles or something. But I was able to recreate this problem on the steam build We should have Destroyers already setup from DLC2's framework | ||||

Thanks! -Verified that the new threading changes fix whatever was going on with the destroyers, which now seed properly via the DCF. The destroyers also now use the destroyer icon that I set up around the time of DLC2. |
