Description | Reloaded an autosave and an overlord just sits in a bastion system without moving. Edit: Seems related to ongoing issues with units sitting and not moving to attack things as they should. Possibly happens more often when accelerating time lots and only fixed by entirely closing and reopening game; just reloading the same doesn't work. | ||||

Okay wierder than I thought. Several more reloads had same result, including going back to before the phase 1 was killed. The overlord wouldn't do anything. Noticed that I was also having the bug with units sitting idle and not fighting as they should. Reloaded entire game as that has helped that issue before and both were solved. Maybe they're linked? |

Accelerating time maybe seems to make these problems occur more often. |

For me, I did not observe this problem the first time I loaded the game. On subsequent reloads I did observe the problem. I also observed that no non-player ships seemed to be moving around, and turning on traces suggested that only the SIm was running, not the LRP threads (or at least, the LRP threads weren't printing out any traces). Hypothesis: sometimes the LRP threads don't seem to be running |
