Summary	0025385: Golden ring visual glitch
Description	The best I can do for this right now is post a screenshot that I happened to get, but this is a very obscure one that I've only seen once. When I restarted the game and loaded the same save, this was gone and hasn't been seen since. See the big ring surrounding that exogalactic wormhole? It seems like a unit selection circle gone awry. In my instance of this glitch, as best I could tell that ring stayed roughly the same size and very briefly (less than a second) disappeared anytime I switched map views (galaxy to planet or vice versa), and reappeared somewhere else on the screen. The circle stayed somewhere on the screen in both galaxy and planet view minus the view swap disappearances for the better part of an hour till I restarted the game. I actually had forgotten about this until I was skimming my screenshot folder and happened to notice this picture that I'd taken for a completely different purpose had caught it. I posted a save file for completionist's sake, but it's only relevant here for being the campaign I was playing when the glitch occurred, in case something about the game configuration is relevant for this. Again, I haven't been able to reproduce the glitch. Same campaign as the relic train tooltip report.
