Summary | 0025369: While in galaxy map, change the color of the planets threat when mousing over the total threat at the top UI
Description | I seem to have to make a good effort to recognize the threat values on the individual planets when viewing the galaxy map in my games. Even when I'm consciously looking for planets with high threat, my eyes frequently glance over the numbers and my brain fails to comprehend their meaning. Maybe it's their color, or the overall "busy-ness" of the map - I'm not really sure. But I think a simple solution that won't change the appearance very much for normal players who don't need help like I do is having the threat values change color while the user's mouse is hovering over the galaxy wide threat value on the top of the main GUI. Perhaps the values could turn a hotter color like red or yellow. Or maybe they could alternate between their normal color and a lower brightness version of the same color at a set frequency (a gentle blink). In any case once the player mouses away the normal appearance and behavior returns. Maybe off by default with an option to turn it on?
