Summary0025173: Maxing out a technology not present in a technology vault still rerolls it
DescriptionIn the provided save after the spire archive hack completes in 30 seconds, I chose to max out Exotic tech, and even though that wasn't a valid choice in the tech vault, it still rerolled it.
