| Description | All Outguard (barring Ragnar's Breachers, see https://bugtracker.arcengames.com/view.php?id=25151) gain a level when upgrading the Expatriate tech, but it's not always properly indicated in the tooltip. It'll say Expatriate (0/5) even though I upgraded it twice (see attached picture and save). All five player controllable Outguard show correct number of upgrades (2/5 in this case). It's all the other Outguard that list the wrong number of upgrades. | ||||
