| Description | sorry if double reporting cant seem to find the last one to update the version, selected it as 3.0.0.0 based on the "started on" in the esc menu. Crippled buildings don't seam to rebuild correctly under some circumstances. please refer to system and spire city in screenshot. its noted as crippled but wont allow re-building. Solved this issue once before on a shield gen by deleting and re-creating but cant do that with a spire city | ||||

using the heal me cheat fixed the issue allowing me to continue rebuilding it |

Things don't rebuild if you don't have the minimum power to rebuild them, you seem to have a brownout, please confirm that you have enough energy for the buildings |
