| Description | The pink ZA in this save is intensity 10, and should have fully expanded by now. It has stopped after taking one planet. The time to take new territory is TimeBetweenTerritoryIncrease="550" it's now 49 minutes into the save. I don't see the tracing line for its next expansion either | ||||

These ZAs all Territory 2 and most have taken their 2 planets. They are now waiting on their Pioneer times, which are much longer than the initial territory take time. The 10 ZA in your save spawned pioneers in like 5 minutes. |
