Description | for the ODSS 1.)1x Mini-energy reactor (10/15/25k energy dependent on system it is built in) maybe provoke AI threat like an instigator base (a flat % on next wave) if it dies 2.)1x Metal processor (essentially a metal harvestor, upgraded the same as the others, flat 75 metal, no consequence if lost, builds & rebuilds just like metal harvesters automatically (I feel like the ODSS is very lacking atm) 3.)1x Warp field enhancer (same type of effect as logistic station) +5% movement speed on planet AND adjacent planets, stacks. (Builds a slight bonus when you have a large core of planets). 4.)1x Deep-space radar, high energy cost. +50% (non compounding) rounding up radar range. (for regular planet, would give a 2nd pip, for Logi would give +1 planet. Would need a 3rd to see range extended again typically for military/eco. Logi would get +1/1/1/1 range each time (from the 50% on 2 range base). Would have to clarify in tool tip the Military range hack just gives +1 max range(not increased by this device) 5.)Outguard Spies: Would work same as outguard faction, just lets you scan (read active data) a planet you have already explored for 5 minutes, up to 5 charges. 10 minutes to recharge 1 charge. (if you took this again, you'd just have a 2nd set of this, with same rules, effectively letting you scan every 5 minutes) | ||||

There are at least 3 new ones that will release in DLC2 and they are quite potent but expensive. They have economic, utility, and raw defensive capabilities |
