Summary0024492: Two Issues with current Warden Behaviour
Description1) In the attached save, theres a large and steadily growing contigent of Wardens just hanging out on Goguen Ready To Attack the Marauder system next door. Some of the fireteams in said blob have been hanging out there for the past hour ever since the Marauders took Geary over. I feel like there might be an issue in the fireteam code or something not bothering to tell the Wardens to go back to their bases and find something else to do when their target system is taken over by hostiles.

2) I was trying an Anticipatory Warden game the other day, and when i wasn't in enemy territory, the Wardens didn't seem to be moving around at all beyond completing their prior orders. No regrouping on potential targets, no fresh stuff moving up from the AI HW, basically just sitting still and waiting for me to make a move. I'm not sure what Anticipatory is actually supposed to do, but stuff felt odd.
