Summary0024425: Quadratic Issues in civil war
DescriptionSo it seems the Quadratic AI get crazy, crazy, crazy income in civil war. It threw hundreds of strength, repeatedly, without using waves. It completely overpowered the other Diff8 AI (same difficulty) so I don't think that's normal.
