| Description | My friend and I both assaulted a system, wiped out the AI, and I started building the command station to bring the system under my control. We both had multiple strike and support fleets in-system. Once the command station was finished, his support fleet engineers rushed over to the neutral Artillery Golem in the system and started repairing it, giving him ownership. This same scenario replayed itself in another system with a Zenith power generator. I build the command station, took ownership of the system, and my friend's engineers ran over and took possession of the generator. I suspect this is not intended behavior, and would recommend a change so that only the player owning the system can capture such objects. This may also be resolved once the ability to transfer ownership of various ships/fleets between players is implemented. | ||||

Thanks! * In multiplayer, if your engineers are helping to claim something on the planet of another player, then when claimed the unit or structure will belong to the planet owner instead of you. ** These units can be freely swapped around anyhow, but generally this sort of claim-sniping is accidental and frustrating. |
