Summary	0023389: Can't scrap custom flagships
Description	Custom flagships can be created, but cannot be scrapped. So, I tend to avoid them - just to keep things clean. That's a shame really, they can be rather useful early game then you don't have many flagships captured yet Also, there's no reason for them not to scrappable, is there?
