Summary	0022419: Additional information on fleet in "Selected Ships" window
Description	I'd like to see additional information on fleets in the "Selected Ships" window please. Some useful things: 1. Exp Boost < 100% icon? 2. %XP to next level? 3. The level numerically; I believe it shows level as a color in the strength 4. Factories in range == 0 icon? (i.e., the flagship cannot resupply its ships) 5. The strength and strength max (perhaps as an option to replace the ship count / max, or in addition) Also, what does the shown % mean? Sometimes even at seemingly full strength it isn't 100%. I think it's a strength percentage.
