Summary0002146: Zenith Paralyzer Auto Target Behavior
Descriptionthe Zenith Paralyzer target enemy based off remaining, time left for paralyzed state. this maximize ships that are not able to shot for maximize amount of time and each ship make sure that every ship it can target is being hit. it make them more usefull as they are not hitting already caped enemy's

They already attempt to do this, but if they aren't doing it right we can look at that sometime in the future...

I've put my caps of zenith paralyzers through a set of punishing tests - they are just not performing at a level worthy of any attention.

That is, they are effectively wasting 80~95% of the shots. Fixing targetting will make this ship awesome.
