Summary0021091: Misleading Mismatch in wave notifications
DescriptionSituation:

 A wave is announced, and it says it is of Strength 1, with 72 Sentinel Gunboats.

Logging shows the AI has spent 1440 Budget on this, which is correct (72 x 20 (the cost of a Gunboat) = 1440).

When the wave arrives, the Strength shown is now 2, specifically 2,448 internally.

The result is the game is lying to you about how powerful incoming waves are, by displaying notifications using the total budget of the wave, instead of the total Strength. This also makes it seem as if it is cheating and sending far more than it should.

Proposal: Notifications use the total Strength when displayed. This was not a problem before, because Strength was also what the AI paid for the unit.

Addition Edit: Repeated experiment with same result.

This is because of the changeover to no longer use Strength for AI Budgets

* The strength of waves that are incoming should now be correctly stated, whereas before it was not since we switched the AI costs and strengths to be two different things.
** Some internal variables have also been renamed to be more clear.
** This has not been tested, so it might still be wrong.

* Fixed a bug where the incoming wave notifications had strength values that were laughably tiny and wrong. It was only tallying the strength of the first ship of each type, which meant that if there were 1000 ships in a wave, it was 1/1000th the value it should have been.
