Summary0002101: Add FRD Military/engineer/remains rebuilder on Allied planet control set
DescriptionA set of check boxes (planet specific and global) allowing one to FRD military, engineers and/or remains rebuilders on allied planet(s) would be very useful.

A checkbox for frd-ing military on allied planets in general (as well as planet specific) would almost completely remove the need for anything more in the way of rally post frd behavior - you'd only need redirect rally frd-ing which is already implemented and that would only be needed to frd stuff to/on neutral or hostile planets on the rare (for me at least) occasions where one needs to do that..
Helpful since same planet redirect frd rallying doesn't seem to frd - has the same behavior (apart from a gather point redirect) as an frd'ed regular rally post.

If we could get auto-build engies/rebuilders to work when a mobile builder is present, this would be a huge step forward in splitting up roles in a co-op game. As it is, if I'm playing Defense, it requires more micromanagment for me to manage my allies border worlds than my own.
