| Description | Reproduction: Turn on max time slow (so you can see what happens) Make sure you have way too many engineers (20 should be good) Build a hacker and watch the hp bar carefully: it will fill up to 100%, jump back down to about 20%, then fill back up to 100% again. The jump down occurs when the ship is fully built. | ||||
