| Description | When I boot up or have recently booted up, my game load times are typically fairly short, such as 24 to 29 seconds with at least 60 FPS. If the computer has been running, as an example I just had a 143.8 second start if the game with 1 FPS. I reboot and I'm fine with good FPS and load times. This has been happening since the first patch. This wasn't a problem with the inital Steam release. It has occurred since the first patch. I haven't said anything until now as I'm patient and know there are a lot of changes occuring. I wonder if others are having similar issues?
