Summary	0020759: Partial group moves do not perform as expected
Description	I have group-move selected for bombers and corvettes, but not v-wings. When everything is selected and moving I would expect the bombers to move at corvette speeds. Instead the bombers go at full speed (I'm assuming attempting to match speed with the v-wings).
