Summary0020746: Risk analyzers should change faction on capture
DescriptionI'm assuming they should work as in AIW1.
As it is now, the risk analyzers do not change faction or colour if you capture them, they never get targeted by enemies, removing any risk of losing planets with them.

Also their tooltip lacks any information on how much AIP they increase or decrease in what intervals.

Yes, this is also a suggestion I would like to back up, it's annoying that you can't properly capture Risk Analysers like you can with Schematic Servers.

The way risk analyzers are implemented they cannot be captured. They are always owned by the Risk Analyzer faction. This is just like how Spire Civilian Leaders worked in AIWC.

Tooltips have been improved. Risk Analyzers are not explicitly captured, they simply exist on a given planet and are owned by the Risk Analyzer faction. Having them change actually ownership would require a significant rewrite of the code.
