| Description | Hello, I just bought AI War 2 on Steam (I have been waiting for it for a long time). As an azerty keyboard user, I tried to change the controls, swapping "a" and "q", and "z" and "w". When I save it, while in the tutorial for instance, the old default hotkeys seems to be the one actives. When I reopen "settings" > "controls", my new controls are still present. When I restart the game and go to check my settings, it is the old default settings again. As it impacts the ability to look around easily, I consider it to be a major issue. | ||||

Okay, you're the second user to report that. I'm so sorry about it! As a temporary workaround, you can close the game, then open up the inputsettings.dat file inside the PlayerData folder where the game is installed. It is a simple xml file that you can edit to put in the keys you like. That said, I will work hard to get a fix out tonight for this. I have to go do dad stuff for a couple of hours, but then I will be back. Just to be sure, you are hitting save after editing them, not hitting cancel, right? It doesn't actually commit your changes until you hit save on that screen. |

i clicked save, it does not work. I clicked save, quit game, reload and still does not work. Only way to change them is via text editor out of game. |
