Description	RocketAssistedPuffin's notes (credit to him): udicrous Range Observatory: One of the greatest scientific marvels, developed after the first AI War, this observatory will give you partial knowledge from neighbouring planets, but will not go over the normal cap. (The name is somewhat a reference, if poor, to the amusing names telescopes can sometimes show up with in reality). My notes: Basically, upon hacking completion we'd have this grant the player x% of the knowledge from all the adjacent planets and that planet itself. When on a choke point, this would be extremely useful in particular. If captured, this would give some sort of small passive income.
