I suggest that shield generator importance should be low, but everything under the shield generator's importance should be added to the shield generator's importance

This looks like just a bug in the importance_metric, where it should have been 75. Puffin, can you take that one?

In terms of adding everything's importance to the shield generator, that kind of happens implicitly since anything that decides to shoot at something under a forcefield winds up shooting the forcefield as well. Let's take that on later if there are problems with that.

Sure, soon as my version works.

Understood on the second bit. I think adding things to the generators importance might lead to "distraction shields", where you can stop the AI from targeting command stations, etc because there's a secondary shield with a ton of stuff under it.

Fixed!

*Shield Generators now have a more reasonable target priority. Shield Guard Posts have been given the same type as generators, even though they have a gun - their main job is shielding.
