Summary0020011: Raid Starship bug and balance
DescriptionObservations about raid starship:

Bug: Capped at one starship at mark III--would expect to be able to build three at this mark

Balance: Raid Starships no longer quickly takedown Tachyon Sentinels--this is a blow to their utility as I routinely would send this unit to clear these up in order to send scouts farther.

Odd. For me I get one at MK1, one at MK2, and three at MK3, different from yours.

For balance, not being able to destroy Tachyon Sentinels is to me their only real weakness. I've had them clear multiple planets by themselves very quickly without the AI getting a single shot off. I think this is usage like Classic? I did that as well.

In a new ticket, if it happens again, can provide a save where you're capped at one at mark 3 in 0.762 or higher? That's super strange for sure.

On the rest:

* Raid Starships (human and AI) now use Fusion Bolts instead of Plasma Bolts for their weapon. This is giving them a bomber-like ability to bypass the personal shields of enemies, making them actually good at what their name states they are for.
** There are still more changes needed for the raid starships and many other ships; those are a work in progress. But this is a step in the right direction.

* Tachyon Sentinels now have vastly less hull health and a bit less personal shielding. Bombers and raid starships and similar will take them out quite fast now, but other ships will still take a while (not SO long, though).
