Summary0018889: False 'spotted by enemy' reports at beginning of level
DescriptionI started a new game in Pre-EA 0000012, and got warning sounds and messages that I had been spotted by enemies. After the messages cleared, I was still in the 'unspotted' state.
Tried various other new games. Got it to happen with 2 different seeds:

This _may_ be fixed in v13, because there were some issues with enemy seeding that are fixed now.
