Summary0001873: Limit retreat range to normal planet radius
DescriptionBasically I had a fleet on FRD trying to hit some sentinel frigates that came as part of a wave. They should have been able to take care of them, but the sentinel frigates retreated far enough that the speed of all the ships was reduced to 8. The result? The sentinels can basically retreat forever and my fleet in FRD was chasing them happily forever. Of course they were only retreating from the ship they were targeting, but it was part of the blob, so it didn't make a difference.

The retreat distance thing should probably only work within a reasonable distance of the planet's center.

Excellent point.

* Ships will no longer auto-kite or otherwise retreat if they are already beyond the max distance at which ships can be built on the planet.
