It might also be that I simply bought out the Health Sacrifice Shops, but I find that unlikely to happen on floor 3 already. |

Just tested this myself and I saw items in a health sacrifice shop both before and after using a time machine, so I think this was dealt with during other shop-item-seeding changes earlier. Thanks :) |
