FWIW, I agree. I thought this was a super-powerful item, but it basically negated all of my energy shots on an end-floor boss, which was pretty disappointing! I never would have gotten it if I thought that would happen. |

Sounds reasonable enough. It's meant to be a higher tier utility weapon and it seems unfair if it punishes good game-play. Will be updated in next build. |
