DescriptionNew one to me. I broke it real good :)

Reloading a save during a game. Black screen and ever increasing log sizes. Had to kill the process.

Save is the one that I tried loading.

Zip is a log that was to big to upload :/

Reloading a save repeatedly can cause this (not sure on reliability here). Adding 2nd event (runaway loading.zip) to report.

Don't think I can force this one. It was about 3 hours of solid play between the 2 events already. That and a good bit of reloading around diseases.

Okay, thanks -- looking through the biggest log file, I did at least see where the first error was. That was actually in cleaning up an old world, not loading a new one. But the first part of loading a new one was cleaning up the old one, so it went into an infinite death loop. After restarting the program, that's why it wouldn't have the problem again -- because the old state was gone and cleaning it up was fine.

Shouldn't be a problem any more anyway:

* Put in some error handling that should prevent any issues with dismantling an old world from loading a new world. That was some sort of random freak thing that could happen if you were loading and unloading a lot of worlds previously.

Sounds about right from what I saw the log files doing. Everything but WDE.txt was capping in size and deleting it's contents over and over.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. You may want to just go ahead and delete all those log files now, to clear them out. They'll recreate themselves when future errors or notes get logged, and this way those files aren't so darn huge. ;)

They are sitting in a folder on the desktop. I clean the logs before I start a session and after I hit an error to report. I have those two folders open in the background so it's easy access :)

Habit I picked up doing this for Keith during AS beta. He got tired of fishing though logs for the "right" error :)
