Save is there if you need it

I knew a man who could move mountains, one pebble at a time.

The mine had a mountain.
Logging camp north of the city lost its forest tile, so no placement bug there

Uploaded a save right before a AM goes poof. It's the mountain surrounded by 2 hazmats/explorer camp/other mountains (one haz is being built, it's a flag!).

Looking at the code, the only place I know of where it would target changes on alpine mountain or snow forest it specifically changes them to rocky mountain and forest, respectively. Obviously there's something else going on but it would take a long time to find it without a save from before the transformation.

So if someone could hunt up such a situation, that would be very helpful :)

Save attached. Mountain range is in the top left.

Observations:
When the temperature was -20 or so, the Alpines were turning into Thick Snow. They also seemed to turn into mountains when it was above 0.

Easy Generation Method. Create a map in scenario editor to give los. Then hit end turn a lot.

Proposed solution.
Mountain tiles are always either Desert, Mountain, Alpine depending on snow depth.
Stop them from converting to forest and back.
Likewise I guess the same should be done with trees.

I haven't played around with terraforming in the polar regions. It might also have problems.

For 0.878:

* Fixed a since-pre-alpha bug where the "it's too cold, turn something into snow" logic could target alpine mountains or snow forest... with the result that they were turned into snow.
