Summary0001711: The ability to manually set the preferred target of ships
DescriptionAt times, you want to set your ships to prefer a specific target without the target being present on the planet. For instance, setting sniper turrets to prefer raid starships in the upcoming release. I feel it would be benificial to directly set such targets. In all honesty, I can't come up with a good system for how it would work, but I'd imagine it could be in the context menu somehow.

It could be nice, but there's no simple way to do this in the interface. Out of scope for now...

I would atleast like to have a way that giving an attack order would not override the current preferred targeting

This would also be great to set a target on say a fortress without it moving and having to recharge for 60 sec
