Summary	0016582: City screen roll-over for crops and water is wrong for non-eating races
Description	When you roll-over the crop & water levels for the non-eating races (Andor, Acutian, Neirzul, etc), they report needing crops and water. Might be easiest to report their water, and crops levels as NA?
