DescriptionIn the attached save my south east volcano complex should have -1/42 employment. The 1 person is wounded.

Also, it would be nice to have the total people employed in a small font beneath layout in order to figure out the best buildings to disable to shift employment.

For 0.855:

* Fixed a bug that could lead to negative staffing.
** Any old saves with negative staffing will have the staffing of those buildings set to zero, and then check for staff reallocation.
