Summary	0015957: [Betrayal] Thoraxian Start has RCI values report influence on Queen's mood
Description	Starting with Thoraxians in Betrayal has the planet's RCI values tooltip in the main view still reporting an effect on the Queen's mood, even though she and her whole peoples have been eradicated before the game even starts! Ghost Bugs! I can provide a save to illustrate this, but you might want to check if race-specific RCI mood influences are still reported in Betrayal once that race has been eradicated, especially at the start.
