Description | Rebuilding reactors has got to be the most annoying part of losing systems. Theyre big and awkward and you cant build em till the command station is up ('less you send in a mobile builder ofc). Even if you get no economic benefit out of it id love to have remains for Reactors and possibly Space Docks. | ||||

I think this is a great idea for sometime before too long. |

I think remains would also be a good approach for the fragility of fabricators, make the fabs themselves fragile like wet paper and have them spawn remains that have decent hitpoints but get auto-targeted by the AI so a simple raid will disable a fab easily but only a real attack will destroy it. |

I disagree on the fabricators part -- having remains be targeted by AI ships is not in the cards, that would be a different mechanic and IMO would be pretty confusing to players if some remains are targeted and others are not. The purpose of remains is just for auto-rebuilding stuff that you would just rebuild anyway. |

Out of scope for now, but I really love the idea. This can be a DLC poll thing if it does well in the vote tallies. |

Also having an eyebot raid your space docks (structural hull) is extremely annoying since it means having to set up the queue again. |
