Description | I just noticed how expensive the merc really are now. Granted, they are MK IV, but at 16000 met/cry for a Fighter, that is very steep! Not to talk about the bombers metal cost, a whole 10% of your total supply ;). Now that they have a fixed cap, maybe the price multiplier can be reduced? 5x? 4x? 3x? :) | ||||

I don't think so... these are meant as an overflow valve for when you have a ton of extra resources, not as something that you'd build in the normal course of events. In extreme cases you can use them to get access to mark IV stuff when you have a lot of resources but no advanced factories (or knowledge, I guess), but that's also something where players need to compensate by having a ridiculous economy. At any rate, the current costs are by design. :) |
