| Description | A Burlust world has been reduced to 10-20 million people (it varies wildly between those amounts, despite having a higher death rate than birth rate), and its ground defense power at any given time is either zero or twenty million. Despite facing enemy ground attack of over 2 billion power, they are able to hold out for a very, very long time. If the other Burlust worlds are reinforcing them, the fleets are never shown so it would have to be unescorted transports making it through the blockade. | ||||

For 1.013: * Fixed a bug where planetary natural birth/death rates could still be positive during a ground invasion, when the population was lower than the actual theoretical natural death rate. Thanks :) |
